Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care as part of a collaborative hospitalist team
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a hospital setting
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
- Experience in Hospital Medicine preferred
