Responsibilities
- Perform skin resurfacing, and other Optimas treatments, microneedling, and surgical assist as directed by physicians and in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand their needs and goals for aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all equipment is disinfected and properly maintained after each use.
- Monitor patient progress and satisfaction, providing follow-up care and recommendations as needed to improve outcomes.
- Educate clients about post-treatment care and skincare regimens to enhance and prolong results.
- Document treatment details and maintain accurate patient records for all procedures performed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop customized treatment plans that align with each patient's individual goals and conditions.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician or medical license in the state of practice or medical assistance or equivalent.
- Optimas certification or equivalent experience in laser aesthetics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laser safety protocols and skin anatomy.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and inform clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records and appointments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of aesthetic treatments.
