Medical Sales Representative (MSR)

Job Summary
Pharma Ethics Ltd. is seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representatives (MSR) to drive sales and market expansion in Lagos, Kaduna, Warri, and Yola. The MSR will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strong product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Effectively plan and execute territory coverage to maximize outreach.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and sales records.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and medical sales best practices.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage (entry-level candidates with strong sales potential will be considered).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the territory (Lagos, Kaduna, Warri, or Yola) and existing relationships with healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
