Overview:
As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role at either our 20-suite nursing home or 18 suite Assisted Living Memory Care in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our residents, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- A Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with genuine interest in patient well-being
- Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- BLS certification required
- Have a passion for excellence and compassion for people

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift
Salary range is $27.75 - $34.00 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
