Hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists in California
We are hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) who are passionate about helping clients achieve emotional and mental well-being. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to make a significant impact while working from home.
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with a full benefits package
Your Role Includes:
- Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based interventions.
- Creating and executing personalized treatment plans focused on client recovery and progress.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.
- Participating in training and staying current with best practices in mental health care.
- Offering insights to improve clinical strategies and service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with electronic records systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
