Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity – Orthopedic Outpatient Office
We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our established Orthopedic Outpatient practice in Waldwick, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
- Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated and holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records using EMR systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist license (in good standing).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
- Experience with EMR systems, such as WebPT.
- No prior disciplinary or board actions on licensure.
