We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Sales Representative to join Norgine in Western Australia.
The person holding this position will report to the National Hospital Sales Manager and be a member of the Speciality Care team.
Role Purpose
Successful sales and promotion of specified Norgine products (and product(s) of alliance partners as and when directed) within Western Australia.
Requirements
1. Selling, promoting and as applicable, launching the Company's products (and product(s) of alliance partners) to Specialists, Nurses, Hospitals (Public, Private, Day Hospitals) in a designated territory, in accordance with the National Sales strategies;
2. Maintaining and monitoring all administrative procedures to the Company standard;
3. Developing and achieving all skills and knowledge above a level accepted to the Company/Industry standard.
Norgine reserves the right to change responsibilities to meet business and organisational needs as necessary
Experience Required
· Medical, life science and/or business/marketing tertiary qualification
· Strong sales experience in a pharmaceutical/device company
· Completion and current Medicines Australia CEP
· Good knowledge of the geography of the territory is advantageous
· Prior experience with the launch and sales of a specialist/hospital-only product would be desirable
· Experience in gaining Hospital Formularies, impacting Guidelines and Protocols would be an advantage
