Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Oregon
Join a dynamic Assisted Living Facility in Oregon as an Occupational Therapist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing residents' independence and quality of life through individualized therapy programs.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop personalized therapy strategies.
- Create and execute treatment plans tailored to individual goals and healthcare requirements.
- Monitor progress, modify care plans as necessary, and celebrate milestones.
- Stay informed on current best practices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare.
- Proficiency in occupational therapy practices, healthcare standards, and electronic medical records.
