Full-Time Physical Therapist
A Physical Therapist is needed at our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Closter, NJ. You’ll work closely with patients to assess their conditions and deliver tailored therapy programs aimed at enhancing recovery and functional independence.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 2 patients an hour
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' physical capabilities and challenges.
- Create personalized care plans targeting patients’ specific recovery goals.
- Treat individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong manual therapy expertise and experience with EMR software (WebPT is a plus).
