Physical Therapist Opportunity – Full-Time
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Demarest, NJ. This position involves providing hands-on care to patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, focusing on individualized treatment strategies to restore mobility and independence.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour
Role Overview:
- Assess patients thoroughly to identify physical limitations and develop effective care strategies.
- Design and execute therapy plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Manage conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular challenges.
- Apply techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to facilitate progress.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong manual therapy expertise and experience with EMR software (WebPT is a plus).
