Role Overview:
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
- Patient Caseload: 2 patients per hour
Primary Duties:
- Provide individualized therapy treatments using manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and equipment.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies.
- Regularly assess patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using EMR systems.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (in good standing).
- At least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice.
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with EMR platforms like WebPT.
- No prior board or disciplinary actions.
