Physical Therapist Needed – Orthopedic Outpatient Practice in Park Ridge, NJ
Our orthopedic outpatient practice in Westwood, NJ, is growing, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This full-time role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality care while advancing your expertise in a supportive environment.
Position Summary:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
- Caseload: 2 patients per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions to aid patient recovery.
- Provide guidance on exercise routines, injury prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team for coordinated patient care.
- Accurately document treatment records using EMR systems.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (in good standing).
- At least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice.
- Expertise in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with EMR platforms like WebPT.
- No prior board or disciplinary actions.
