Family Practice Physician Opportunity in Manhattan

Position Overview:
- Location: Manhattan, NY
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Patient Volume: Average of 16 patients per day
- Setting: Outpatient-only (no hospital follow-ups or on-call responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including annual exams, sick visits, and employer-related medical clearances
- Conduct evaluations in specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Pain Management, and Gastroenterology
- Focus on patient care with full support from medical assistants and scribes to handle documentation, vitals, and routine tests
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Licensure: Active New York State medical license
- Preferred: Credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances
Work Environment & Support:
- EHR System: Athena Health
- Administrative Support: Dedicated assistance with pharmacy needs, medical records, and prior authorizations
- No responsibility for psychiatric or pain medication management
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $300,000 annually or $125/hour (1099)
- Potential Earnings (with Bonus): $280,000 – $300,000
