Occupational Therapist – Full-Time Role in Portland, Oregon
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for an Assisted Living Facility in Portland, Oregon. This role involves developing personalized therapy programs that support residents' mobility and independence.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' needs and design targeted therapy plans.
- Implement individualized treatment programs.
- Monitor progress, modify care plans as needed, and document patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Oregon OT license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapy methods, healthcare protocols, and EMR systems.
