A Therapist is responsible for specific clinical services to assigned youth and families so that they may become healthy, independent and productive members of their communities. A Therapist is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for clients. The Therapist works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements
1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD; or a masters degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern.
2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
3. Valid California drivers license and a good driving record.
4. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

BBS Registered: $75,001 - $95,000 per year
Licensed: $85,001- $105,000 per year
$5,000 Signing Bonus - Receive first half of the $5,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
