Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed Psychosocial Assessments and compile thorough clinical reports.
- Develop structured treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and coordinate with care teams.
- Foster strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in California.
- At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
