Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair cutting, styling, and coloring.
- Consult with clients to assess their beauty and wellness needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Create a serene and welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and comfort for clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, tools, and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and products used on clients.
- Promote and sell beauty and wellness products to clients, enhancing their experience and fostering customer loyalty.
- Stay current with the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually improve services.
- Work collaboratively within a team to provide excellent service and achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Beautician, or Hairdresser in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and skills in various beauty treatments, hair techniques, and spa services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and personalized care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy and/or hairdressing.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
