Lead the annual giving program and serve as a frontline fundraiser, driving allannual giving fundraising activity for gifts under $25,000 and takingaccountability for annual giving fundraising goals.

Develop and implement an annual giving plan designed to elevate current annualdonors and recruit new annual donors each fiscal year.

Manage an active portfolio of annual donor prospects and develop identification,cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies in line with Ascension SaintThomas Foundation priorities.

Develop and manage digital and direct mail engagement and giving strategies forannual and mid-level giving donors.

Responsibilities
Grows the fundraising program through the solicitation of gifts and management of an individual
and/or institutional prospect portfolio. Meets fiscal year monetary goals.

Develops and implements a formal plan to engage prospects in the Moves Management cycle throughidentification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Coordinates with data and research teams to identify prospects. Refines the prospect list throughout theyear based on qualifications.

Collaborates with the foundation department leadership and the communications team to develop customsolicitation materials, grants, impact reports, and donor communications.

Implements tracking systems to manage and refine the donor pipeline and engagement throughout the fiscalyear.
Complexity of Work:
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimalsupervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
