Laredo Medical Center is looking for a Registrar/Admitting Clerk Outpatient who will be reporting to the Director of Admissions. The Registrar/Admitting Clerk registers patients and processes related paperwork.
Essential Duties Include:

Duties include interviewing patients, preparing standard registration forms, and performing other admission or transfer related tasks.

May be expected to perform clerical and secretarial work.

Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks which includes transporting patients, collections, discharges and verification of insurances. Typically reports to a supervisor and/or manager.
Job Requirement Include:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required: 0-2 years of work experience in a related field

Preferred: Medical Terminology.
