Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Beaverton, OR
Implement and support financial business applications. Work closely with the organization’s departments, vendors and contractors, and other Information Services (IS) caregivers to implement and maintain financial business applications. Assist business partners with business requirements gathering and test planning, including the creation of comprehensive end to end test plans for financial applications. Design, configure and test systems functionality changes, such as but not limited to creating flexfields, modifying fast formulas, building elements and table setup. Consulting with functional financial departments to identify necessary definition or changes to systems. Coordinate with other IT areas who are responsible for file transfers, security administration, reporting, databases and other functions. Assist investigating and resolving system functional and technical errors. Troubleshoot financial technical systems and data and generate solutions which may include systems modifications enhancements or new procedures. Identify and analyze operational and systems issues and opportunities and produce effective solutions. Identify and create standards and processes to support the application portfolio management. Lead small to medium project teams as needed. Manage upgrades for complex systems. Perform complex qualitative and/or quantitative analyses. Prepare design specifications and test plans, test scenarios and test scripts. Report, track, and resolve application related issues with internal and vendor support organizations. Utilize in-depth information and analysis to provide management with advice and counsel on a variety of highly technical and complex business issues. Mentor less experienced analysts in use of tools, techniques, and analysis skills. Perform rotational on-call responsibilities. Develop and maintain appropriate disaster recovery architecture, projects, and policies and participates in disaster drills for applications.
Employee has option to telecommute from any state where Providence has offices (AK, WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX).
Applicants must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business or Financial Management, or related field.

5 years of expereience with Applications Analyst or related.

5 years of experience with application design, implementation and maintenance of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems: Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM Applications (Hyperion, etc.), PeopleSoft, or Workday

2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects.

2 years of experience with methodologies related to application management, including system deployment, support and life cycle.

2 years of experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

Pay Range: $126,526 - $171,371.20
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
