Responsibilities
Ascension Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our group in Carmel. Our ideal candidate must have between 3-5 years of experience in a tertiary environment. This opportunity is a new position to help expand our established team of 9 Gastroenterologists and Advanced Practice Providers.

Responsibilities:

Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with case management.

Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
