The role you’ll contribute:
The Learning Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all online learning content adheres to organizational standards and quality requirements. This role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of learning materials. Additionally, this role leads efforts to consolidate and optimize learning content, ensuring that the best versions are implemented and that all required information is included. The Learning Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in upholding AdventHealth's commitment to delivering high-quality, equitable learning experiences.

Ensures all learning content meets organizational standards for quality and consistency.

Collaborates with clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to address concerns and validate clinical content.

Leads efforts to consolidate and optimize courses, ensuring that content is streamlined and effective.

Coordinates with instructional designers to confirm the inclusion of all applicable information.

Maintains quality assurance throughout the content lifecycle, including updates and revisions.

Supports the identification and resolution of quality issues across learning content.

Monitors adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Provides feedback and recommendations to improve content development processes.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
-
2 years of experience in quality assurance, learning technologies, or instructional design in a corporate environment.
-
Knowledge of instructional design principles and online learning content standards.
-
Experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
-
Knowledge of learning management systems
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Educational Technology, or a related field

Experience with Saba and/or Workday Learning platforms.

Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate360.
-
Proficiency in data analysis tools to monitor content quality and effectiveness.

Familiarity with project management tools.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
-
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent (e.g., ATD Certification)

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
