The Director of Nursing Services assumes leadership responsibility for the divisions clinical and administrative departments as assigned. In collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer, the director is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care in the Department of Nursing and in all patient care services.
the development of patient care programs, policies, and procedures. The director will participate with administration, management, medical staff, clinical leaders and frontline employees in the decision making structures and processes.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred.
