Ascension is hiring an AVP Clinical Service Line, Imaging Services to lead the operational improvement of inpatient imaging services for the Ascension-wide Imaging Services platform.

Responsibilities
Serves as the content expert and coordinates the use of human and financial resources to ensure the imaging services operate efficiently, effectively, safely, and timely.

Evaluates, develops, and adapts the business and operational processes of the inpatient imaging services to meet the ever-changing healthcare environment and needs of patients and families.

Facilitates the development of analytics and improvement across growth, quality, patient experience, and cost performance.

Creates a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the imaging services.

Coordinates with physician leadership to identify clinical and non-clinical technology, software, and equipment needs in support of the imaging services.

Develops and implements cost and efficiency plans. Identifies necessary resources for patient care and imaging services development.

Develops and markets expanded and/or new services in response to innovation, technology, strategic developments or compensation consistent with the goals of the imaging services.

Partners with key departments to develop strategic plans for the service, operating and capital budgets, and an integrated strategic and financial plan.

Previous experience in Inpatient Imaging Center operations with a focus on operation efficiency.

Analyzing and modifying workflow performance.

Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and drive change through influence.

Strong business acumen with ability to drive change in a large, complex organization with matrix reporting relationships.

Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that have significant impact across the organization.

Excellent team leadership and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple demands and projects.
Requirements
Education:
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
