Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Gaining an understanding of customer requirements and
their impact on the technical direction of a solution.
Analytical Skills Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical
knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed
specifications. Successfully troubleshoots most application problems independently.

Requirements
Education:
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
