JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Molina Healthcare's Compliance team supports compliance operations for all Molina product lines enterprise wide. It is a centralized corporate function supporting compliance activities at individual state health plans.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
The Compliance Analyst position is primarily responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Alertline hotline.

Review and analyze all incoming Alertline cases timely to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely case resolution.

Manage and investigate compliance incidents, including lead large complex cases.

Manage high volume of cases and data clean-up.

Create and maintain monthly Power BI reports.

Analyze reporting trends.

Maintain and update SharePoint site.

Subject Matter Expert on process and training.

Interpret and analyze state and federal regulations and requirements.

Ability to work independently and set priorities.

Attention to detail is critical.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
BA/BS/BC degree Healthcare Administration or minimum equivalent employment experience of 4+ years, Health Care or related field required
Required Experience
4 years’ experience in health care industry in related field desired
Preferred Education
BA/BS/BC Healthcare Administration
Preferred Experience
4 years’ experience in health care industry in related field desired
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Certified in Healthcare Compliance

Pay Range: $40,851 - $88,511.46 / ANNUAL
