Position Summary
The Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Management will be a critical, strategic position responsible for supporting the strategy for the social risk factor (SRF) cohort and Health Equity Index (HIE) award for the Medicare Advantage and Integrated Duals Quality Management teams. The successful candidate will provide support for the Quality Remediation Strategy, goals and initiatives within the Medicare measure workgroups, factoring in regulatory components while integrating SRF, HEI goals and activities into the measure workgroups. They will be able to work across several workgroups as the subject matter expert and serve as the representative to internal SRF/HEI teams.

Serves as a resource and subject matter expert (SME) on aspects of the Integrated Duals and SRF/HEI programs to develop and influence business performance strategies – may cross multiple business areas/functions

Use SME knowledge to support managing health care quality projects, performance improvements and initiatives through strategic project management

Supports decision making regarding the design, development, prioritization, implementation, and evaluation strategy of quality improvement projects, HEDIS and initiatives aligned with company strategies/values and Medicare/Duals/SRF-HEI business goals

Uses key data/reporting to identify performance trends and conducts analyses to support business decisions based on findings/results

Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across teams to drive for results - able to form and lead virtual teams

Able to effectively communicate and migrate information across teams and business areas to drive business performance
Required Qualifications

3+ years progressive experience in HEDIS
-
5+ years project management experience

Proven experience in a metrics driven and deadline driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives

Advanced skill level with MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Scrum Master and/or Kaizen certification

Good business acumen, professional communication skills both written and verbal

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
