Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skill and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and Project Management Liaison. This role will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the data analysis team and upper management, ensuring that data insight is effectively communicated and utilized in project planning and decision-making processes.

Analyze data and identify trends to provide insights for project planning and decision-making.

Serve as a liaison between the data analysis team and upper management to ensure clear communication of findings and recommendations.

Assist in planning headcount fluctuations based on trends observed in the data.

Collaborate with project managers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Assist in the development and upkeep of documentation including DILOs, SOPs and other process improvement tools.

Help to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement based on data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
-
0-2 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in IAM principles and frameworks (e.g., LDAP, SAML, Okta, etc.)

0-2 years of experience in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Sailpoint, Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in regulatory (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).

Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.

Previous experience in a liaising role, connecting technical teams with business units.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$61,800.00 - $123,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
