The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach
The role you ’ll contribute :
Responsible for the continual observation, documentation and communication of all cardiac rhythm strip monitoring in designated units, as ordered by the patient’s physician.
The value you’ll bring to the team:

Obtains, interprets, and documents cardiac monitoring data per standard, documenting per standard in the telemetry monitoring system.

Documents changes in heart rhythms per policy.

Communicates changes in patient’s rhythm pattern and follows escalation process as applicable.

Assesses and maintains telemetry equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Enters all telemetry charges if applicable.
