Position Summary
This Sr. Manager, Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day project and technology advancement support for the Aetna Clinical Enablement MedCompass & ATV teams. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director and Program Managers with responsibilities for project management, priority setting and reporting processes. This individual will also attend and at times lead cross functional collaboration meetings on system requirements and process improvements.
Key components of this role include:

Implementing effective project/program controls including program schedules, metric development, status reporting/tracking results and financials

Tracking progress against key milestones

Effectively manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently

Effective communication and presentation skills, conveying information clearly to diverse audiences.

Collaborate with functions across the enterprise to identify needs, solve complex problems, develop new solutions, and improve processes and services.Partnering with Technology teams to deliver complex initiatives.
Required Qualifications

5+ years experience driving project deliverables

Proficient at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives.

Ability to think “big picture” and understand impacts of individual project work on other teams, systems, and business strategy.

Managed Healthcare/Insurance industry experience
-
Advanced skill level with MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Familiar with agile or other software development methodologies
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
