Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCSW or LMHC to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges.
The LMHC or LCSW, is responsible for:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs

Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity

Advocate for clients’ rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed

Documenting in a timely and thorough manner
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC)
