Responsibilities
Develop and leverage external relationships to grow the Community Health Ministry (CHM) pilots and
spread new care model innovations for value-based arrangements. Collaborate with the Vice President
of Community Health Ministries (CHM). Develop, manage, and grow DePaul Community Health
Centers-Missouri and Texas within the context of the Federally Qualified Health Center environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the overall CHM strategy and strategic plan. Work in partnership with the market, business unit leadership and boards.

Identify high-priority strategic opportunities, risks, key capital projects and potential partnerships, acquisitions, and de novo implementations.

Lead business development, growth and market expansions for DePaul Community Health Centers.

Analyze business development building blocks needed for strategic initiatives, partnership Return On Investments (ROIs), and projected financial impacts for all planning/growth initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) strategies with population health and the statewide network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

Experience in creating new business ventures, creating partnerships, adding new services / service lines

Negotiation and collaboration skills / or experience

Creative thinking, problem solver, enjoys research

Analytical skills to examine, market needs / new business and / or project feasibility

Project management and execution mindset (to implement strategies, contracts, relationships, etc)

Experience in accountable care, value based arrangements, contracting and network development

Matrixed reporting experience would be a plus; or an ability to meet the needs of multiple leaders & negotiate priorities

Candidates should live or be willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO or San Antonio, TX
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
