The role you ’ll contribute :
The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistant support to the Senior Executive (s) including organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures of the Executive Office. Ensures organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The value you’ll bring to the team:

Supports senior executive(s) with day-to-day administrative responsibilities while using judgment for the level of discretion and confidentiality needed.Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes and distributes material as necessary and/or requested.

Maintain Executive Office services: Establish office policies and standards

Maintain Executive Office records: Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date

Maintain office efficiency: Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
The expertise and e xperiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :

Five to seven years of directly-related work experience, preferably in a senior level in a health care setting required.

Driver’s license required.
