Description
Lead Social Worker (LCSW) to work with our team of Social Workers in Care Management, as well as provide mentorship, training and guidance. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour Day shifts to include weekend rotations.
Duties include but not limited to providing resource and consultative support to social work team on a daily basis; assisting in overseeing the daily social work operations throughout the ministry; assisting in ensuring competency of social work caregivers; assisting in maintaining compliance to professional social work standards and regulatory requirements; assisting in ensuring policies and standard work is up-to-date; collaborating with other behavioral health and ministry leaders; supporting physicians and caregivers in delivering quality health care to patients; and ensures all duties are performed in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Providence mission and core values.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social work

California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire

2 years or more of experience in a hospital (psychiatric or medical) setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of Clinical supervisory, management experience, preferred.
