Responsibilities

You will work within our 5000 square foot state-of-the-art technology lab evaluating new and enhanced product to assess their potential for furthering the achievement of business objectives .

You will be implementing and enhancing Desktop, Cloud, data and LAN environments for applications usage.

You will utilize advanced communication concepts and system design techniques to develop appropriate network and distributed products and services in support of the business.

You will assess the impact of new products on existing environments and applications, and their compatibility with existing standards and architecture.
Required Qualifications
-
This position requires working onsite multiple days per week in our Hartford, CT office
-
Ability to work with Technology Engineers to understand operations workflow and requirements.
-
4+ years of experience with cloud architecture.
-
2+ years of hands-on experience building modern data pipelines within a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure).
-
5+ years of experience with Windows Server and/or Citrix Operating Systems
-
4+ years of experience with Linux (or a comparable scripting language).
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in designing, troubleshooting. and building multiple server environments and solutions in cloud environments
-
Experience of Linux development
-
Experience with automation tool experience like Appium or Selenium and the associated programming languages that support those tools, Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#, Ruby etc.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipeline, and other DevOps principles/best practices.

Understanding of software development methodologies including waterfall and agile.

Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to develop, analyze and troubleshoot.

Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams

Google Professional Data Engineer/Architect Certification

Experience with microservices and SOA
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
