Requisition Job Description
This role supports Product Portfolio & Implementation’s objectives by providing project management support analyzing legislation and ensuring the compliance of medical benefits and programs in alignment with enterprise standards. Leading portions of large projects or projects with moderate risks.
Responsibilities

Provide in-depth analysis of legislative impacts on product standards and provide insights and recommendations, ensuring their successful implementation and compliance.

Lead portions of large projects or lead projects with moderate risks.

Participate in and contribute to cross-functional Product Standards Government Board meetings, Filing Governance Board meetings, and Medical Policy Review forums, supporting compliance and enterprise consistency.

Act as a resource for colleagues in and outside of the department to offer feedback for decisions and continuous improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry

Previous experience with healthcare regulatory insurance environment

Deliver effective and accurate written and verbal communications.

Ability to manage multiple long-term, complex, cross-functional projects as needed.

Achieve results and adhere to required metric and reporting requirements.

Interact effectively with different audiences and levels of leadership. Partner with team members, Leadership and Business SMEs to drive effective collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred knowledge of AQC/CPQ system functionalities

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of Aetna Commercial medical products, benefits and behavioral health, pharmacy, vision and dental.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
