Position Summary
As an Enrollment Analyst for a Fortune 10 organization, you will impact and support customers in all areas including acting as a healthcare data subject matter expert on Eligibility guidelines and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) protocol for client.
In order to be successful in this role you will research and consult to improve healthcare data integrity and ensure excellent service delivery. You will resolve data enrollment issues on a daily basis and utilize your exceptional time management and healthcare client management skills in order to do so. Other responsibilities include working in a fast-paced environment and providing client support that can often extend after business hours/ during weekends/ on holidays. Continuous development training will be provided in this role to ensure you are able to exceed client expectations and success in this role.
Your success will be driven by resolving critical issues with minimal guidance along with prioritizing competing client requests to ensure focus on the highest impact activities. Your technical skills and attention to detail will be tested daily. In this role, you will help to ensure that CVS Health maintains its position as leader in the PBM Marketplace.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare data eligibility, insurance, IT, benefits or data analytics environment with the ability to analyze data in a confidential healthcare environment
1-2 weekends per month for on-call support
Education
Verifiable high school diploma or GED

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
