CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Search Performance Senior Manager. This role will report to the Director Sales Enablement.
CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
Position Summary
The Senior Search Performance Manager is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our CMX supplier sponsored product campaigns to meet their marketing objectives, drive revenue growth, and foster product improvements. This individual will partner closely with sales, account management, media planning and insights and strategy to ensure CMX Private Marketplace campaign KPIs and goals are met. The ideal candidate will be process driven, client focused, detail oriented, and thrive in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to

Partner with CMX Sponsored Product Technology Vendor and CMX Media Planning team for campaign forecasting and performance.

Confirm CMX Private Marketplace campaigns are set up for success; review SKU lists, keywords and KPI alignment.

Monitor performance of CMX Private Marketplace campaigns and drive efforts to improve performance for optimal ROI and supplier satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to increase supplier investment based on overall performance.

Participate in business planning objectives with Client Success teams.

Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Insights and Strategy on client reporting and performance presentations.

Own CMX office hours agenda setting and planning, participate in Sponsored Product Vendor office hours.

Define performance and optimization process and best practice guidelines, creating a robust knowledge base for internal/external use.

Utilize internal and vendor dashboards to analyze opportunities, identify patterns and implement proactive solutions including improvements across the CMX Sponsored Product Platform, tools, and UI.

Partner with Product and X-functional leadership to identify the evolution of the Search Performance function at CMX.
Required Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in media and digital advertising

4+ years’ experience with a focus on paid search, retail search, e-commerce and marketplace optimization

2+ hands-on-keyboard experience with paid search technology
Preferred Qualifications

Retail media experience is a plus

Experience with Criteo is a plus

Strong knowledge of keyword bidding strategies, budget cap management and optimization tactics

Strong analytic and quantitative skills that enable you to use data to develop, validate and measure search campaigns.

Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
