Manager, Omnichannel Pharmacy Experience, will be responsible for executing our omnichannel pharmacy strategy as it relates to improving the digital experience for our customers. Define the Omnichannel retail pharmacy vision, and support our strategic roadmap development, operational, planning, and test in market.
In this role, you will prioritize innovate and consumer focused initiatives that will excite and delight the consumers through our CVS Health experiences, both digitally and in store. Identifying enterprise synergies is critical and development of a robust roadmap that supports cross-business capabilities is key. The manager will be required to interface with various stakeholders including digital product, digital engineering, store operations, the retail field organization, data and analytics partners, marketing and voice of customer partners, IT teams, and senior leaders within retail and across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of multiple new strategic initiatives to simplify and streamline patient’s digital experience within the pharmacy space.
• Developing strategic perspective on an existing or a new enterprise pharmacy opportunity (e.g., high-potential products and services) including sizing and assessing the markets, identifying risks/benefits of opportunities, and recommending growth strategies within the pharmacy experience scope
• Partnering with our technology teams to implement solutions that enable our pharmacy teams to better serve our patients and managing the ongoing success of these solutions
• Scoping and managing quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand
• Monitoring and evaluating customer and colleague feedback to identify areas of improvement that will drive value to the organization
• Developing a “story” and accompanying deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the executive management team
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development

2+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life

2+ years of experience with creating executive-level presentations and messaging utilizing MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Experience standing up products or test in the market

Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis for product launch, test deployment or team on-site

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
