The role you’ll contribute:
The Graphic Design position requires a great degree of flexibility, ability to meet short deadlines, and work with internal and external audiences in producing graphic design according to AdventHealth graphic standards. Must possess excellent design and communication skills. Due to daily contact with the public, physicians, administrators, vendors and other departments and business leaders, one must have a strong command of the English language that is evident in both oral and written communication. Must display a diplomatic manner in dealing with people both in person and on the telephone. Must have excellent customer service skills.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Provide graphic design for various hospital services and service lines under the guidelines of the branding standards and Marketing Plan for print, digital, social media and other mediums
· Work with hospital departments and physicians on promotion and graphic design
· Keep all collateral material updated including and screen savers
· Demonstrate initiative and innovation with marketing ideas and implementation.
· Maintain training on software applications to ensure efficiency and advanced skills
· Attend continuing education seminars/training to advance skills of position
· Serve as a member in community organization. Attend meetings and represent health system in a professional manner.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree with major in Marketing or Advertising, Communications or Public Relations, or Visual Communication or Graphic Design.
· 5 years of graphic design coordination specializing in print, social media, direct mail and internet
