JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
This position will manage activities to design, implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies such as Identity Governance Platform, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration, Customer Identity and Access management, Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication. The position will also be a key contributor in the development of IAM strategy and as a critical function of an overall Zero Trust methodology.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Lead and perform automation initiatives to streamline user onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual interventions.

Design, enforce, and optimize RBAC policies to standardize and improve access control.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address access control gaps.

Develop and implement scripts, APIs, and connectors to integrate provisioning workflows with enterprise systems.

Monitor, maintain, and enhance IAM tools supporting identity lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth provisioning and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee periodic entitlement reviews and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Analyze and report on identity-related metrics and audit results, providing insights for process improvements.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM workflows, policies, automation processes, and governance requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts and engineers on IAM best practices, tools, and frameworks.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM-related queries, offering support for system enhancements and process optimization.

Contributes to alignment with project methodologies and change management processes.

Contributes to organize, manage, and lead cross-team project tasks and deliverables.

Contributes to strategic planning for architecture standards, roadmaps, budgets, programs and projects.

Contributes to and provides ownership of technical design solutions and documentation.

Contributes to solutions for detailed technical peer review committees.

Provides cross-organization teamwork, collaboration, communication, and leadership.

Provides constructive feedback on people, process and technology for continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $171,058 / ANNUAL
