Position Summary
The Healthcare Insights B2B Senior Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for owning insights among our commercial B2B audience, including plan sponsors, brokers, and consultants across our enterprise healthcare assets (Aetna, Caremark, Minute Clinic, Oak Street Health, and Signify). This role focuses on leading our B2B research initiatives.
This B2B Insights Manager will report to the Executive Director, Healthcare Insights, and work closely with the Healthcare Insights Directors and with various business partners within the BUs to understand business needs and context, then help plan and execute – often with external research vendors - actionable, insightful, timely, and cost-effective plans to uncover the relevant customer, prospect, and competitor truths. Learning plans will include a variety of methodologies and data sources (new custom research, ongoing tracking research, syndicated research, existing custom research, etc.), so this individual will need to be able to synthesize insights from a variety of sources into a complete and actionable story and do so in a way that makes the insights relevant to each specific BU audience.
This is a remote role that can be performed anywhere in the US
Required Qualifications

7 years of relevent work experience
-
3+ years of experience designing, planning, analyzing, and delivering successful qualitative and quantitative customer research across a variety of methodologies that meet business partner objectives.

1+ years of experience designing, planning, analyzing, and delivering successful qualitative and quantitative research across a variety of methodologies that specifically focused on B2B audiences.

A strategic mindset with an ability to connect insights across a variety of data sources and to link them to the operational and financial realities of the business.

Prior experience with formal research methods, statistics, and analyses that are common in marketing research.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across internal team members, stakeholders and vendor partners

Experience both managing E2E strategic insight initiatives with vendor partners and also hands-on DIY skills executing market research qualitative and quantitative studies

PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and data visualization skills that result in compelling, professional presentations.

Experience working with or for health plans and/or pharmacy benefit managers

Experience working with or for healthcare organizations

Experience working win a complex organization across a variety of stakeholder groups.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
