Position Summary
The Strategic Experiences team within Sales Operations and Enablement is a small, dynamic team focused on creating best-in-class experiences for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be equal parts project manager and creative strategist. As a Project Manager you will ensure successful planning, development, launch/execution and tracking of high-visibility initiatives within the enterprise, supporting PBM Sales, Marketing, Specialty and beyond. These strategic initiatives may include complex in-person and virtual events, signature client-facing environments, multimedia production, branding and design, cross-functional programs and processes, and more – all in an effort to support Sales, Account Services, and Marketing, and grow our pharmacy services business.
This position will manage cross functional teams to successfully execute on project plans and timelines that cover estimates, requirements, design, construction, test, deployment, production, and measurement. You will be responsible for:

Conducting Project Kick-off, identifying all project stakeholders, defining and clarifying project roles and responsibilities, and creating accountability

Clearly communicating all aspects of the project,toproject teams and Sales Operations and Enablement leaders, including processes, timelines, risks, and challenges, using appropriate change control, escalation, risk control, and other processes

Communicating status of projects to peers in both formal and informal settings, using clear, understandable language and candid, open communications

Leading diverse groups with different agendas and objectives to successfully achieve stated project objectives, gaining active participation and trust from the project team
In the role of Sales Enablement and Strategy – Creative Projects and Experiences, you will own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution and escalation, and stakeholder engagement processes. You will use your demonstrated strength in oral and written communications to interface with leadership from all business units within CVS Health, lead multiple projects from start to finish and complete assignments within established budget and timelines. Your success will be determined by your ability to get your assigned projects across the finish line on time and at the highest standard.
**This is a full-time work from home opportunity for candidates based in the Chicago area . C andidates will support onsite Sales efforts at our Chicago Customer Center in Mount Prospect, Illinois and will need to go into the office occasionally for meetings, etc. Because of this you will need to live within a commutable distance from Mount Prospect, Illinois.**
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience within Sales, Marketing,Project Management,Event Managementorrelated field

5+ years of experience balancing multiple projectswith proficiency inMicrosoft Office, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms

Ability to support in-person Sales efforts in Mount Prospect, Illinois as needed
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates located within 20 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois strongly preferred

Demonstrated strength in oral and written communications

Experience in the healthcare environment, Pharmaceutical Benefit Management industry, Specialty Pharmacy Services, or disease/health managementindustry

Experience in graphic design

Experience with Cvent or other event management tools

Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot or other AI business tools

Working knowledge of metrics reporting

Project Management certification

Proven success utilizinginterpersonal skillsto work cross-functionally and at all levels in a team environment.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
