Position Summary
The Manager of Analytics will develop and enhance analytical tools in support of the Rx Trade and Supply Chain organization. They will leverage deep technical expertise across various tools to create and automate workflows, develop advanced analytics models and impactful dashboards that promote data driven decision making.

Supports Rx Trade and Supply Chain business units with Strategy & Analytics initiatives - Wholesaler, Generic Business Support, Expired Returns, Drug File

Uses critical thinking to proactively suggest and guide stakeholders to strategic solutions, tell a "story" with insights

Creates and maintains dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators that support the organization's continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for refinement and automation initiatives

Identification of opportunities to leverage advanced analytics models and drive execution and adoption of such work products

Manages and prioritizes multiple projects and ad-hoc requests
Required Qualifications
-
3-5 years experience in an analytics role
-
5+ years of overall work experience (or 3 + a Masters Degree)
-
3+ years of experience with data manipulation, querying (SQL)
-
2+ years of experience with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
-
1+ years of experience leveraging Python for automating manual workflows and developing advanced analytics models
-
Adept at Microsoft office products (PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, or pharmaceutical supply chain

Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience in implementing / using Azure Databricks

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
