The role you’ll contribute:
The Financial Analyst is a dynamic, organized self-starter with the potential to make a large impact on the organization. This role is responsible for assisting the finance team in delivering financial analyses and reporting to support key decisions for performance optimization and business development. This highly visible role has significant interaction with operations, finance, accounting, revenue cycle, and clinical teams. Cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, intermediate to advanced excel expertise, and written and verbal communication skills are needed.

Assisting with budgeting and forecasting while developing an understanding of key financial and operational drivers

Working closely with operations, finance, and accounting teams to ensure monthly financials reflect consistency with business expectations

Creating monthly and ad hoc reporting to support operational and financial needs

Conducting frequent ad hoc analyses across business functions
-
Providing analytic support for recurring and ad hoc projects
-
Assisting in the development of presentations for senior management

Contributing to business improvement discussions and initiatives

Maintaining financial/business performance models and conducting market analyses

Assisting with the preparation and processing of monthly journal entries, verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts for accuracy and making corrections as necessary
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or finance-related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a business-related field or finance-related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics etc.)
