Position Summary
Designs, develops, contracts, maintains and enhances relationships with facilities, physicians and ancillary providers which serve as contractual networks of care for members. Manages and maintains relationships with healthcare providers within a network by negotiating contracts, evaluating provider performance, resolving issues or disputes, identifying network expansion opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholder
Required Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant work experience is required

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong negotiation expertise

Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel

Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities

Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects
Preferred Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant work experience is preferred

Adept at critical and independent thinking

Ability to analyze situations, determine points of relevance and proper course of actions

Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology is preferred

Health/Dental insurance knowledge is preferred

Sales experience is preferred

Exceptional presentation skills/experience preferred
Education
- HS Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
