We are a fast growing, family ran business looking for a motivated individual to join our team. We specialize in innovation through technology, with an emphasis on in-house 3D printing and fabrication. We are offering a highly competitive salary and benefit package to the right candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

Examine, interview, and measure patients to determine their appliance needs and to identify factors that could affect appliance fit.
Fit, test, and evaluate devices on patients, and make adjustments for proper fit, function, and comfort.
Establish and development of strong professional relationships with physicians, therapists, patients, and other referral sources.
Instruct patients on the use and care of orthoses and prostheses
Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state laws.
Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and technical skills through continued education and seminars.
Confer with physicians to formulate specifications and prescriptions for orthopedic or prosthetic devices.
Train and educate support staff, such as orthopedic and prosthetic assistants and technicians.
Display professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communication

Qualifications

Degree/Certification in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics.
Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO)
Certified by ABC or BOC
At least 3 years in Orthotic/Prosthetic field
