Career Responders Subscription Refund Policy

At Career Responders, we strive to provide our subscribers with the highest level of satisfaction. We understand, however, that circumstances may change, leading you to reconsider your subscription. Below is our refund policy for both monthly and yearly subscriptions:

Monthly Subscriptions ($15.99/month)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To ensure you are not charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the payment has been processed. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions ($150/year)

  • Cancellation: Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To avoid automatic renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
  • Refund Requests: Refund requests for yearly subscriptions must be made within 14 days of the transaction. If you find that Career Responders does not meet your needs within the first two weeks of your subscription, we will refund the full amount.
  • Partial Refunds: After the initial 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for the yearly subscription. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
