Job Description

Neurovascular Home Health is seekingan Occupational Therapist and COTA to cover Hillsborough County. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate rehabilitation of patients physical and neurological disabilities
Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
Organize and update patient records
Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

Previous 1 year experience in occupational therapy
Must be a graduate of an approved school for Occupational Therapist
Must have a current state license for Occupational therapist, current licensed by Florida Therapist Licensing Board for OTA
Current CPR/BLS certification
Current Driver's license, insurance, and dependable transportation
Ability to build rapport with patients
Passion to help and motivate others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

$70-$80 per visit for OT
