Neurovascular Home Health is seekingan Occupational Therapist and COTA to cover Hillsborough County. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate rehabilitation of patients physical and neurological disabilities
- Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
- Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
- Organize and update patient records
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Previous 1 year experience in occupational therapy
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for Occupational Therapist
- Must have a current state license for Occupational therapist, current licensed by Florida Therapist Licensing Board for OTA
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current Driver's license, insurance, and dependable transportation
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Passion to help and motivate others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
$70-$80 per visit for OT
